2. Service Description

POPE-AI is a voice-activated HACCP and EHO compliance record-keeping system for professional kitchens. The service is currently in private beta and features may change without notice.

3. Compliance Disclaimer

POPE-AI is designed to support HACCP record keeping and operational compliance. Final responsibility for food safety remains with the food business operator and management team. POPE-AI does not guarantee EHO approval and does not replace qualified food safety management.

4. Beta Programme

Participation in the private beta is at our discretion. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications, modify features, or end the beta programme at any time. Beta access is provided free of charge and does not guarantee future access or pricing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on this website are the property of Manacore Intelligence unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

When using POPE-AI, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in applications and forms
  • Use the service for legitimate professional kitchen compliance purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the service
  • Maintain your own food safety responsibilities independently of POPE-AI

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manacore Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of POPE-AI. The service is provided "as is" during the beta period.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
